Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Brief
A leading Lagos-based Radio Station with top-of-the-range facilities has a vacancy for the above position to be part of our dedicated team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Maintain employee record
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements
- knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labor laws
- Capability to work in a stressful environment
- Experience in the usage of computer system
- Proven leadership skills
- Fluency in English language
- Proven experience as HR manager
- Attention to detail
- HR certification is a plus
- Knowledge of project management
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
