Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Brief
A multinational company with operational Headquarters located in Kano is looking for a seasoned Human manager. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices. However, as HR Manager your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management of the staff.
As the Human Resources Manager you are to set the tone for the entire human resources department. You are to ensure that our organization runs easily. Nevertheless, you are to improve employee retention and motivate staff by generating employee wellness initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain strong HR systems and processes
- Carry out performance and salary reviews
- Make sure employees know their job responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process
- Motivating staffs
- Improve and monitor all HR plan
- Nurture a brilliant working environment for staff
- Uphold a positive pay plan program
- scrutinize employee issues and discord
- Give support and supervision to HR staff
Requirements
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of labour law
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to architect plan
- Must have 10 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing company
- Good knowledge of human resources systems
- Proven working experience as a human resources manager
- Must have knowledge of labour issues
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must be a degree holder
- Must be a member of CIPMN
