Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to coordinate our HR team in a leading vegetable oil refinery in the North Central region of Nigeria.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all Centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Consider the recruitment request
- Direct the allocation of human resources budgets
- Provide advice to line managers
Requirements
- 3 years of working experience in the food and vegetable oil industry
- knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labour laws
- Capability to work in a stressful environment
- Experience in the usage of computer system
- Proven leadership skills
- Fluency in English language
- Proven experience as an HR manager
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of project management
Qualification
- First Degree/HND in a relevant field
