Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Brief
Resource Intermediaries Limited is a registered company in Nigeria based in Lagos. We are focused on engaging in outsourcing services. However, we are focused on three key areas Human Resource Management, People Placement and Learning, and Development. We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager to be part of our dedicated team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Consider the recruitment request
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Good communication skills
- Proven experience in HR function
- Female candidates preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Proven leadership skills
- Stay abreast of HR trends
- knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience preferred
Qualification
- BSc or HND in Human Resources Management
