Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Brief
A plastics and paints production company on the outskirts of Aba, Abia State needs the services of a Human Resources Manager to oversee all the activities of staff and manage company employment policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Keep up staff development initiative
- Evaluate the recruitment request
- Control the allocation of human resources budgets
- Build any other HR policies according to the organizational necessity
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- 7 years of working experience in a similar role
- Ability to direct team
- Proven leadership skills
- Fluency in English
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labour laws
- Capability to work in a stressful environment
- Competence to develop and effectively direct interpersonal relationships
- Experience in the usage of computer system
Qualification
- HND or BSc holder
- HR Certifications are compulsory
