Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Brief

We are a company with over 30 years of track record of delivering engineering solutions across 5 business sectors spanning Telecommunication, Energy, Healthcare, Transport, and Building systems Engineering. We turn ideas into solutions and help businesses create and implement exceptional user experiences. As a result of business expansion, we need a Human Resources Manager to manage and direct the day-to-day administration of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and advice
  • Capability building to enhance team skills
  • Direct all centre human resource departmental
  • Advise in areas where needed
  • Build up staff appraisal management system
  • Maintain staff development initiative
  • Consider the recruitment request
  • Direct the allocation of human resources budgets
  • Build any other HR policies according to the organizational necessity
  • Provide advice to line managers

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Good understanding of national labour laws
  • Capability to work in a stressful environment
  • Experience in the usage of computer system
  • Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
  • Competence to develop and effectively direct interpersonal relationships
  • 5 years experience of which 2 must be at the supervisory level
