Bell Oil and Gas Limited is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager to coordinate and support the HR department’s daily activities. The job holder will handle tasks related to staff personal records, data management, and promoting effective communication within the organization. Bell Oil and Gas Limited is an Oil and Gas company that provides oil and gas and ensures consistency across the board.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule job interviews for job seekers
  • Update internal databases from time to time
  • Advise in areas where needed
  • Build up a staff appraisal management system
  • Maintain staff development initiative
  • Provide technical support and advice
  • Maintain employee record
  • Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  • Right application of laws governing HR Practice in Nigeria
  • Ensuring effective new staff induction programmes.
  • Effective HMO Liaison and management.
  • Leave process management.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Approved training entitlements management.
  • Management of staff’s notable dates and events.
  • Provide management staff motivation programmes.
  • Effective management of staff personal data.
  • Driving company-wide staff engagement programmes
  • Leadership and people management.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good time management skills
  • Those living on the Island will have a higher advantage
  • HR Certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a well-structured corporate environment
  • Solid knowledge of Nigerian HR laws and statutory compliance
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and HR reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capability
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with others
  • Strong employee relations and case management skills
  • HR operations and compliance management
  • Stakeholder engagement and advisory capability

Qualification

  • BSc in Administration, Human Resources Management
  • HR Certification (CIPM/SHRM/HRCI) is an added advantage
