Job Brief
A private multispeciality Hospital in Abuja is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Human Resource Officer. Therefore, You will direct all administrative tasks and you’ll be a factor in making the company a better place to work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Retain employee records
- Implement onboarding plans
- Recruiting staff
- Arrange staff training
- Monitoring staff performance
- Advise line managers
- Deal with grievances
- Dealing with staff welfare
- Analyse training needs for staff
- Implement effective disciplinary procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- BSc and HND preferably in business administration, management or social science
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience gained within a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
- Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle sensitive information
- Good working knowledge of (Microsoft Office suite Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
