Job Brief
A leading 4-star hotel located on the Island is looking for qualified candidates to fill the above position in our hospitality industry:
Hotel Chef
Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be able to prepare continental dishes
- Able to prepare different Nigeria dishes
- Prepare food promptly
- Selecting plate presentations
- Ensure the quality of dishes
- Monitor food stock
- Check the freshness of food
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Must have OND or WAEC certificate
- Sound in kitchen affairs
- Must have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant
Accountant
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Make financial recommendations
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Ensure all bookkeeping is accurate
- Properly store and manage financial data
- Update review and accounting processes
Requirements
- Proven track record as an accountant
- Must be a team player
- A bachelor’s degree/HND in Accounting (ICAN in view) from a reputable Nigeria University/ Polytechnic
- One year of post-graduate experience
- Ability to work without supervision
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations
