Job Brief
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to coordinate the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. The ideal candidate will have to supervise the work of others
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and resolve issues
- Organize workflow and
- Ensure that employees understand their duties
- Track employee productivity
- Provide support and feedback
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Pass on information from upper management to employees
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies
- Prepare and submit performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with hotel policies
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent communication
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Leadership skills
Qualification
- B.Sc/HND in relevant field
