Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to manage and direct our organization’s operations. Therefore, as an operations manager, you are expected to manage staff and supervise customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, you are to handle customer complaints and maintain staffing levels.

- Managing staffs
- Oversee customer satisfaction
- Handling customer complaints
- Resolving conflicts
- Ensure the premises are clean
- Schedule regular meetings with HOD
- Arrange inventory
- Support all Head of Departments
- Discuss routine operational sales targets,
- Conduct normal operations team meeting
