Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out with the consultation of the pharmacy technician
- Ensure that every bill sent out is accurate
- Ensure that patients are treated according to their policy
- Reconcile bill after payments have been made
- Give out invoices to various companies for signing
- Verifying patients’ information from the company
- Monitor patients’ data over multiple visits
- Keep extensive records of patient treatments
- Prepare patients’ bills based on the agreed plan
- Ensure that patients sign their bill at the end of each treatment
Requirements
- Ability to make use of computer
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills
- Effective time management
- Skills in Hospital and Medical billing
- 2-3 years experience
