Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely across teams
- Build process and funnel for sales
- Create strong relationships with clients
- Expand customer base
- Identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies
- Provide a sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Build a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- Create an effective communication channel
- Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect
- Identifies the roadmap that will lead to sales
Requirements
- Leadership with ability to drive a sales team
- Proven ability as head of sales
- Ability to communicate well
- Interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in Telecom
- Storge attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent understanding of global Telecom Industry
- Strength in problem solving
- Proven track record in sales of Telecom products
Qualification
- BS.c in Telecommunication Engineering with a Master in Business Administration
