Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely across teams
  • Build process and funnel for sales
  • Create strong relationships with clients
  • Expand customer base
  •  Identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies
  • Provide a sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Build a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Create an effective communication channel
  • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect
  • Identifies the roadmap that will lead to sales

Requirements

  • Leadership with ability to drive a sales team
  • Proven ability as head of sales
  • Ability to communicate well
  •  Interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in Telecom
  • Storge attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent understanding of global Telecom Industry
  • Strength in problem solving
  • Proven track record in sales of Telecom products

Qualification

  • BS.c in Telecommunication Engineering with a Master in Business Administration
