Position: Head of Strategy
Job brief
We seek to hire a Strategy Manager who will oversee the development, communication and play a vital role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have to work closely with other unit heads.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all strategic plans are adhered to effectively
- Manage complaints
- Implement staff morale
- Regularly communicating the business’s strategic objectives
- Coordinate change management initiatives
- Provide direction to business units
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of strategic communications
- 7 years’ relevant experience.
- Interpersonal skills
- Able to tackle complex strategic problems
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
Qualifications
- B.Sc
- MBA/M.Sc is an added advantage
