Position: Head of Sales

Job brief

We need a Head of Sales who will manage all our sales activities and increase the customer base. The ideal candidate will manage and direct the sales team. Nevertheless, you are to motivate and ensure every sales team meet their sales target.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely across teams
  • Build a process and funnel for sales
  • Create strong relationships with clients
  • Expand customer base
  •  Identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies
  • Provide a sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Build a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Assigned duties
  • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospects
  • Identifies the roadmap that will lead to sales

Requirements

  • 10 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales
  • Capacity to lead and manage a team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Ability to expand customer base
  • Must be able to increase sales revenue
  • Analyse market trends

Qualification

  • BSc or HND  in Engineering and Sciences
