Position: Head of Sales

Job Brief

Due to expansion, we are recruiting to fill the above position of Head of Sales in our organization. The ideal candidate will manage and direct the sales team. Nevertheless, you are to motivate and ensure every sales team meet their sales target.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely across teams
  • Build process and funnel for sales
  • Create strong relationships with clients
  • Expand customer base
  •  Identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies
  • Provide a sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Build a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Create an effective communication channel
  • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect
  • Identifies the roadmap that will lead to sales

Requirements

  • 10 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Ability to manage and motivate team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales
  • Capacity to lead and manage team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Ability to expand customer base
  • Must be able to increase sales revenue
  • Analyze market trends

Qualification

  • BSc or HND  in Business Management or Social Science
