However, we seek to hire a Head of Operations to oversee our organization’s operations. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in this role and be able to deliver.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor production KPIs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Ensure smooth daily operation
- Coordinate and train staff
- Improve operational management systems
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align with the organisation’s objective
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams
- Ensure every campaign material and caption align with the tone
- Over ambassador game configuration
- Coordinate operational budget and track actual spend against approved allocations.
- Manage offline and digital marketing activity
- Drive marketing strategy
- Ensure consistency and compliance across all active states
- Create and develop brand awareness for LottoNowNow across all channels
Requirements
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Solid experience in game betting
- 6 years of experience in operations management
- Ability to oversee daily operations
- Able to manage marketing campaigns and go-to-market programmes
Qualification
- BSc, HND or OND
