Job Brief
We are looking for a dedicated Head of Operations and IT to direct and oversee our organization’s operations. Nevertheless, the ideal candidate must be good in information technology.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor production KPIs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Ensure smooth daily operation
- Coordinate and train staff
- Improve operational management systems
Requirements

Qualification
