Position: Head of Media Relations/ Internal Communications
Job Brief
In line with its strategic expansion across the country and beyond, our client seeks to recruit smart, passionate, self-driven, and intelligent young men and women (between the ages of 27 and 45 years) who can connect to its ambitious goals, promote brand recognition, and deepen the market share of its investment services.
However, the ideal candidate will be responsible for activities to develop and implement media and external relations strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting of articles, conferences, and speeches prepared for publication
- Engage the media to avoid negative publication
- Ensure minimal communication gap
- Produce and plan house journal
- Create content and ensure effective and timely publication
- Make sure that published content does not violate the copyright laws
- Ensure the availability of up-to-date information
- Write a copy of House magazine
- Ensure a fast circulation of information from our head office to all staff via the internet
- Ensure the adequacy of media coverage at the company’s internal and external activities
Requirements
- 8 years experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in the media or PR consultancy
- Proven track record of credible performance
Qualification
- Honours degree from a recognized university in Social Sciences, Art, Humanities or other relevant fields
