Position: Head of Internal Audit

Job Brief

A leading FMCG company located in the South-South, South-East region to manage our audit section. As the head of internal audit, you are to ensure that the organization achieves its goals and ensure effective Internal Control.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create endlessly valuable internal controls
• Assess accounting records
• Present audit reports
• Oversee the audit department
• Assign responsibilities to junior auditors
• Conduct risk and control assessments from time to time
• Establish strategies for junior auditors

Requirement

• Must not be more than 45 years of age
• Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Coordinate periodical audits
• Must be a resident of Port Harcourt
• Good presentation skills
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role

Qualification

• BSc/HND Holder in Accounting
