Job brief
A hospitality home needs a Head of Finance to manage and oversee its finance department and all financial functions in the organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and decide on investments
- Supervise staff
- Maintain all cash accounts
- Coordinate financial risk
- Reviewed bank reconciliations
- Manage cash flows
- Conduct profit and cost analyses
- Reducing the overrun cost
- Develop secure procedures
- Coordinate the finance team
Requirements
- 8 years of working experience in a similar role
- Oversee company cash flow
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software
- Able to generate accurate accounting reports
- Good accounting skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Qualification
- Master’s Degree, BSc, HND
