We are a leading manufacturer of footwear and accessories with established factory operations in Lagos. However, we seek to serve local and international markets by delivering footwear that is well stylish, comfortable, durable and affordable. Our mission is to meet the aspirations of Nigerians through our passionate, competent and motivated team. Therefore, to achieve this, we seek to have on our team a Head of Finance to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing sound financial support
- Conducting risk management
- Play a main role in the area of business strategy
- Managing the cash flow
- Recommending cost reduction
- Overseeing the company’s financial systems
- Ensure the business has a solid risk framework
- Present financial results
- Managing the financial reporting of the organisation
- Tracking every transaction
Requirements
- 7 years of working experience
- The ideal candidate must have worked in a manufacturing company
- Must be able to provide strategic financial guidance
- Knowledge of accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- Decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualification
- BS.c or HND in accounting
