Position: Head of Credit
Job Brief
We are looking to hire an experienced Head of Credit to coordinate the credit unit in our organization. The job holder would be responsible for evaluate and track the creditworthiness of potential customers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Train the credit team
- Evaluating customer’s creditworthiness
- Foster a culture of accountability in the team
- Reviewing clients’ credit proposals
- Negotiating terms of loan with clients
- Monitoring loan repayments and
- Tracking bad debts
Requirements
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of accounting
- Attention to details
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
- 3 years of experience
