Position: Head Maintenance engineering
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are looking for a Head Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated team. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the terminals
- Adherence to standard operating procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance
- Ensure all terminal operations activities comply with safety regulations
- Build and implement emergency response plans
- Coordinate exercises to prepare the team for potential emergencies
- Monitor equipment inventory
- Create corrective maintenance activities for terminal equipment
Requirements
- Good relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of maintenance operation
- Interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 4-5 years supervisory experience
- Membership in relevant professional bodies is highly desired
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
