Position: Head Customer Service Management

Job Brief

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily customer experience
  • Supervise training needs
  • Implement appropriate training programs for every staff in the experience centre
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers
  • Improve existing service management policies
  • Responsible for post-sales customer satisfaction
  • Accountable for the design and management of customer interaction
  • Direct the service management team for the experience centre
  • In charge of all SLA ownership and their defence within the business

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in service management in an experience centre
  • Good experience in end-to-end customer technical  upgrade and upsell management
  • Solid management skills
  • Good negotiating skill
  • Excellent communication skills

Qualification

  • BSc in Business Administration, Economics or other related field
  • Possession of MBA certification would be an added advantage
