Job Brief

Adron Homes is seeking to hire a Group Head ICT to oversee and direct all ICT functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT skill to be able to play a major role in the ICT department. Nevertheless, you are to ensure the effective use of technology to attain business goals.

Roels and Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication
• Maintain company e-mail and internet systems
• Create and implement strong cybersecurity measures
• Stay up-to-date on security threats
• Execute active measures to mitigate risks
• Motivate staff to create effective working relations
• Oversee the general responsibility for the organization’s network devices

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years of work experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate ICT vendors
• Create and implement ICT strategies
• Ability to drive improvement
• Solid communication skills
• Must have a professional certificate such as ITIL, PMP or CISSP

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other  field
