Position: General Manager

Job Brief

A fast-growing Hotel located in South East Nigeria requires a seasoned general manager to be part of our team. However, you have to supervise daily activities and coordinate clerical tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations functions of the hotel
  • Work with external parties such as suppliers
  • Develop an efficient marketing strategy
  • Regularly Inspect facilities
  • Supervise work at all levels
  • Coordinate all stocktaking
  • Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets
  • Ensure that the Management Team is trained appropriately
  • Liaising closely with the sales and revenue team
  • Control costs to coincide with revenues
