However, we seek an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers such as sub-construction projects, and engineers to apportion resources effectively
- Lead by example by demonstrating integrity and accountability
- Execute cost control measures
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Manage the planning, implementation and delivery of construction projects
- Adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards
- Manage project budgets to achieve profitability targets
- Track project progress
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communications skills

- Ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proficiency in project management
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends
- Thorough understanding of civil engineering construction processes
- Strong time management
- Good negotiation skills
- Proven track record of success in senior management roles within the construction industry in the least 10 years
Qualification
- Bsc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
- Master degree preferred
