- Offer solutions to issues
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Manage the employee assessment process
- Research and identify growth opportunities
- Design a plan and set goals for growth
- Develop operations and financial performance
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proven experience as a General Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in managing a plastic manufacturing company
Qualification
- BEng/HND in any Engineering discipline
