A new FM radio station is currently looking for a General Manager to oversee the radio station’s operations and daily activities. Therefore, if you are qualified for the above post you can apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the provision of day-to-day operation
- Increase and implement systems to maintain records on the station
- Representing the company
- Establish objectives for the company
- Act on behalf of the company
- Manage all direct report staff
- Meet regularly with the management team
- Ensure that content is being created and broadcasted
Requirements
- BS.c in Mass communictaion
- Organisational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Co-ordination skills
- Experience in the radio industry
- Strong communication skills
