Position: General Manager
Job Brief
A Palm oil and Pko processing plant is currently looking for a General Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing all Palm Oil operations
- Monitor operations
- Provide leadership and strategy guidelines
- provide a clear sense of direction
- Assets capacity and flexibility
- Ensure work operations are safe
- Conduct regular workplace inspections
- Providing support to managers in order to achieve goal
- Ensure compliance with company policy
- Provide recommendations on all agricultural aspects
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in managerial level in similar plant
- Strong leadership skills
- Basic agronomaic knowledge
- Familiarity with industry standard
- Adequate knowledge of business
Qualifications
- BS.c or HND in Mechanical Engineering
