Job Brief

We seek to hire an experienced Forklift Driver in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the forklift and using it to move stock within the warehouse. Furthermore, you will assist with general warehouse duties.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Use a forklift to relocate items
• Keep track of inventory records
• Move and relocate
• Assist with picking and preparing items for shipment
• Inform the company when need for repairs
• Adhere to all company policies and safety rules
• Load and offload materials
• Arranging goods with a forklift
• Perform daily safety checks

Requirements

• Ability to make use of a forklift
• Strong attention to detail
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina
• Knowledge of warehouse operations
• Good communication skills
• Able to follow procedures and instructions
• Proven experience as a forklift operator

• SSCE or OND
