Position: Fleet Officer
Job Brief
We seek to hire a fleet officer to coordinate our vehicle maintenance and repair. The Fleet officer will serve as the main contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle operation
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained
- Assessing drivers’ performances
- CCoordinating vehicle licensure
- Ensure drivers adhere to proper driving practices
- Carry out vehicle inspections from time to time
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage fleets
- Problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of fleet management principles
- Strong knowledge of local and national transportation system
Qualification
- BSc in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration or any other related field
- Professional Certificate in Fleet Management CFM, CAFM
