Position: Fleet Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for a reliable Fleet Manager that will be responsible for all our fleet. You are to maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing. Nevertheless, you are to inspect and schedul vehicle maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure drivers adhere to schedules
- Coordinate daily operations of fleet
- Oversee repairs and servicing of vehicles
- Keep good records of vehicle registrations
- Create strategies for fuel efficiency
- Manage fleet expenses
- Educate drivers on safety procedures
Requirements
- 10 years experince in a similar role
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions
- Ability to analyze data with ease
