Position: Fleet Manager
Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Fleet Manager who will be responsible for all our fleet. You are to maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing. Nevertheless, you are to inspect and schedule vehicle maintenance, ensure that all our fleet is well-maintained and safe.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure drivers adhere to schedules
- Coordinate daily operations of fleet
- Oversee repairs and servicing of vehicles
- Keep good records of vehicle registrations
- Create strategies for fuel efficiency
- Manage fleet expenses
- Educate drivers on safety procedures
- Prepare weekly and monthly fleet performance reports
- Cordinate fuel consumption, and cost tracking
- Ensure full compliance with road transport regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise drivers
- Supervise daily operations of all fleet
Requirements
- 1 years experince in a similar role
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Valid driver’s licence
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain is required
- Experience managing a fleet of about 20 vehicles
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions
- Ability to analyze data with ease
- Professional certification in fleet or transport management is an advantage
- Knowledge of FRSC and Nigerian transport regulations
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Liaise with mechanics, and spare parts suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective
Qualification
- BSc/HMD in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, or any related field
