Job Brief
A financial technology company seek to hire a financial Manager to join our team and manage the company’s finances. The manager will also record and analyse the organisation’s financial data. Nevertheless, the job holder will ensure sound financial management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Producing financial reports
- Provide oversight
- Liaising with external auditors
- Developing long-term business plans
- Reviewing works done by the finance team
- Advising the organisation on financial issues
- Provide insights about spending trends
- Create strategic business plans
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
- Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting
Requirements
- An analytical mind
- Commercial and business acumen
- Ability to work effectively
- Develop financial plans
- Ability to manage a team
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Ability to use accounting software like QuickBooks
- Prepare an accurate financial report
- Oversee expenses
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the company
