Position: Senior Corporate Financial Officer
Job Brief
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Financial Officer to oversee and direct our accounting department. In this role, you will be tasked with efficiently preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare a financial statement for the management decision
- Create a project chart of accounts
- Ensure that all creditors’ balances are diligently
- Implement and approve accounting processes
- Ensure that VAT, WHT computation and remittance are up to date
- Preparing financial analyses
- Maintaining and reconciling the balance sheet
- Investigating and resolving audit findings
- Create timely and accurate accounting report
- Prepared bank transfers and petty cash voucher
Requirements
- A high degree of integrity
- Good accounting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Stress management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- 5 years of working experience in a similar position
- Strong financial analysis skills
- ACA or ACCA is mandatory
- Good practical experience with accounting software
Qualifications
- BS.c/HND in Accounting
