Position: Field Superintendent
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance service. We are hiring a Field Superintendent, to provide the Company with strategic expertise across the Group’s operations. Nevertheless, to succeed in this role the ideal candidate must manage risks and optimise revenue opportunities to support organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track daily production and quality control functioning
- Report daily production/evacuation targets to the Line manager and all other stakeholders.
- Direct delegation of production tasks to team leads and line reports
- Create and implement strategies and training toward accomplishing organizational goals
- Ensure proper staffing for all task members
- Monitor the flow of production
- Identify potential problems in the workflow
- Coordinate operations activities in the Flow Station
- Head the daily toolbox meeting and HSSE moments
- Carry out confirmation of production output according to requirement
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of Supervisory experience in the said role in the Nigerian Oil and Gas sector
- Wide Project Management knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety rules
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Qualification
- BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, preferably Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or any related technical/operational discipline.
