Position: Factory Manager
Job brief
We are recruiting for a factory manager position for one of our clients. The job holder is expected to oversee the production unit, manage marketing and logistics, and control finance.

- Taking corrective action
- Planning factory daily routines
- Regularly inspecting finished products
- Preparing production schedules
- Motivating workers
- Resolve any production issues.
- Monitoring the factory operations
Requirements
- Ability to multitask
- Time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment
- Professional in all Microsoft Office applications
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in the FMCG industry
- Analytical thinking
Qualification
- BSc in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
