Position: Facility Officer
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Facilities officer to manage all our facility-related activities to the operation manager. The job holder will be responsible for all activities in our facilities and ensure safety.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep a record of financial activities
- Manage the upkeep of equipment
- Coordinate activities
- Inspect buildings’ structures
- Call for repairs or renovations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain facilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Excellent organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service
- Good communication skills
- Work setting Mon – Saturday 9am to 5pm
Qualification
- BSc/ HND in Estate Management
