Position: Facility Officer

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Facilities officer to manage all our facility-related activities to the operation manager. The job holder will be responsible for all activities in our facilities and ensure safety.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Keep a record of financial activities
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment
  • Coordinate activities
  • Inspect buildings’ structures
  • Call for repairs or renovations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain facilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective time management
  • Good analytical/critical thinking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Work setting Mon – Saturday 9am to 5pm

  • BSc/ HND in Estate Management
