Position: Facility Officer
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Facility Officer with plumbing skills to manage all our facility-related activities. The job holder will be responsible for all activities in our facilities and ensuring safety.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep a record of financial activities
- Manage the upkeep of equipment
- Coordinate activities
- Inspect buildings’ structures
- Call for repairs or renovations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain facilities
- Send reports on the daily facility
- Promptly respond to maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Excellent organisational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
