Position: Facility Manager

Job Brief

FMC Agency is a 360-marketing company located in Ikeja, Lagos. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to direct all related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure. Nevertheless, you must provide effective service and deliver top-notch facility services in our facility.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all facilities
  • Oversee the upkeep of equipment
  • Creating reports on maintenance and repairs
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Coordinate and plan essential services
  • Manage all routine maintenance
  • Reporting any damages
  • Ensure all building has safety exit points
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Coordinate the operations of the event planning centre
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in facility management
  • Ability to coordinate and run maintenance
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in facility management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiating skills

Qualification

  • BSc or HND Holder with relevant qualifications
