Position: Facility Manager
Job Brief
We need an experienced Facilities Manager to direct all related activities. The job holder will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure. Nevertheless, you must provide effective service and deliver top-notch facility services in our facility.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all facilities staff
- Manage the upkeep of equipment
- Creating reports on maintenance and repairs
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Coordinate and plan essential services
- Manage all routine maintenance
- Reporting any damages
- Ensure all building has safety exit points
- Collaborate with cross-functional team
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Coordinate the operations of the event planning center
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in property or facility management.
- Ability to coordinate and run maintenance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in facility management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiating skills
Qualification
- BSc Holder with relevant qualifications
