Position: Facility Manager

Job Brief

CALLARI HOMES LIMITED is an Indigenous building and construction company known for providing innovative and effective service delivery in the areas of Construction, Property Development, and Facilities Management, with its head office situated in Lekki, Lagos is looking to hire a facility manager to manage our facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of facility management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise all staff facilities staff
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment
  • Plan and coordinate all installations
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Coordinate and plan essential services
  • Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies
  • Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
  • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Good analytical/critical thinking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing a first-class resident
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be ready for immediate employment

  • HND or B.Sc
