Position: Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to direct all related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure. Nevertheless, you must provide effective service and deliver top-notch facility services in our facility management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all staff across assigned properties
- Manage the upkeep of equipment
- Plan and coordinate all installations
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Coordinate and plan essential services
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
- Oversee service providers such as cleaners, security, and technicians
- Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
- Ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences
- Handle all complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations
- Candidate must live within Ikeja or its environs
Qualification
- B.Sc/HND in Estate Management, Engineering, or any related field
