Position: Facility Manager

Job Brief

We need an experienced Facilities Manager to direct all building-related activities. The job holder will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure. Nevertheless, you will have to provide effective service and deliver top-notch facility services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise all facilities staff
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment
  • Creating reports on maintenance and repairs
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Coordinate and plan essential services
  • Prepare and implement project budgets and time
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Coordinate the operations of the event planning centre
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in property or facility management.
  • Ability to  coordinate and run maintenance
  • Excellent organizational skills

Qualification

  • BSc in Facility Management, Hospitality or Business Administration
