Position: Facility Manager
Job Brief
We need an experienced Facilities Manager to direct all building-related activities. The job holder will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure. Nevertheless, you will have to provide effective service and deliver top-notch facility services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all facilities staff
- Manage the upkeep of equipment
- Creating reports on maintenance and repairs
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Coordinate and plan essential services
- Prepare and implement project budgets and time
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Coordinate the operations of the event planning centre
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in property or facility management.
- Ability to coordinate and run maintenance
- Excellent organizational skills
Qualification
- BSc in Facility Management, Hospitality or Business Administration
