Position: Facilities Engineer

Job Brief

Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are searching for a Facilities Engineer to Manage project(s) engineering design and design reviews. Nevertheless, coordinate engineering design Contractors and Equipment Vendors concerning budgeted costs. Furthermore, you are to implement continuous reviews of the Company Quality Management System as per the Company’s mandatory policy, specifications, and other regulatory compliance programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Carry out a cost-benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies
  • Ensure sufficient allocation of manpower and equipment
  • Quality check and vetting of key design and construction
  • Interface with the Certifying Authority for the Supply of Inspection activities
  • Perform as a nodal point among various technical and project departments
  • Maintaining an awareness of all technical code changes and regulatory developments
  • Coordinate the design of various systems for the company’s hydrocarbon metering
  • Provide technical advice and support on a wide range of techno-engineering asset development issues
  • Conduct intra and multi-discipline technical reviews including HAZOPs
  • Advising, Participation/involvement in projects and transactions to determine techno engineering issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years working experience
  • Attention to details
  • COREN-Registered Engineer
  • Certified Project Management Professional and Quality Management Professional
  • Good knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of pipeline systems and facilities
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Qualification

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
