An association in the Financial Services Sector located in Lagos wishes to engage the services of suitably qualified candidates for the position of Executive Secretary/CEO
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures adequate level and quality of physical resources for operations
- Implements a result-oriented performance Management system
- Coordinate all activities of the secretariat
- Market the association at all fora
- Interacts with top management of regulatory agencies
- Follow-up implementation of BoT and GC decisions
- Ensures the association complies with all regulatory
- Facilitates reports and meetings of the Governing Council
- Exemplifies association culture and corporate image
- Collaborate with the Governing Council to give leadership
Requirements
- Strong Financial market knowledge
- Decision-making skills
- Ability to operate under pressure
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 10 years post-graduate
- Solid experience in financial market functions
- Ability to demonstrate good financial market ecosystem
Qualification
- BA/BSc with relevant experience
- MBA, MSc or any professional qualification will be an added advantage
