An association in the Financial Services Sector located in Lagos wishes to engage the services of suitably qualified candidates for the position of Executive Secretary/CEO

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures adequate level and quality of physical resources for operations
  • Implements a result-oriented performance Management system
  • Coordinate all activities of the secretariat
  • Market the association at all fora
  • Interacts with top management of regulatory agencies
  • Follow-up implementation of BoT and GC decisions
  • Ensures the association complies with all regulatory
  • Facilitates reports and meetings of the Governing Council
  • Exemplifies association culture and corporate image
  • Collaborate with the Governing Council to give leadership

Requirements

  • Strong Financial market knowledge
  • Decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 10 years post-graduate
  • Solid experience in financial market functions
  • Ability to demonstrate good financial market ecosystem

Qualification

  • BA/BSc with relevant experience
  • MBA, MSc or any professional qualification will be an added advantage
