Position: Executive Chef
Job Brief
A fast-growing Hotel located in South East Nigeria requires a seasoned Executive Chef to be part of our team. However, you have to supervise daily activities and coordinate clerical tasks in the kitchen
Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be able to prepare continental dishes
- Able to prepare different Nigeria dishes
- Prepare food promptly
- Selecting plate presentations
- Ensure the quality of dishes
- Monitor food stock
- Check the freshness of food
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- OND/HND/BS.c
- Sound in kitchen affairs
- Must haveĀ at least 15 years of experience out of which 5 should be executive chef in a frontline hotel
