Position: Executive Chef

Job Brief

A fast-growing Hotel located in South East Nigeria requires a seasoned Executive Chef to be part of our team. However, you have to supervise daily activities and coordinate clerical tasks in the kitchen

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must be able to prepare continental dishes
  • Able to prepare different Nigeria dishes
  • Prepare food promptly
  • Selecting plate presentations
  • Ensure the quality of dishes
  • Monitor food stock
  • Check the freshness of food
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • OND/HND/BS.c
  • Sound in kitchen affairs
  • Must haveĀ  at least 15 years of experience out of which 5 should be executive chef in a frontline hotel
