Job Brief
We need vibrant Estate Valuers to be part of our team. The ideal job holder must be up to date on industry developments, and be able to offer advice on property-related matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and developing estates
- Inspect properties to determine their worth
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Securing the optimal use of land resources
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Determining the structure and condition of buildings
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be a registered estate surveyor
- Solid knowledge of real estate
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Numeracy skill
- Good reporting and writing skills
- Data collection and collation skills
- 8 years of field experience in Property Valuation
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Estate Management
